This is the bridge which I have created to span a valley that resembles the man-made valley created for the F3 freeway north of Sydney, Australia. I have chosen to have Miranda Kerr and Helen Keller as my clients for this assignment, with Kerr's office space being the white shape placed high up on the left side of the picture above. As Kerr is seen as a role model for many women due to her beauty, which is witnessed visually by many people, and her office space is likewise clearly visible from all sides of the bridge and the surrounding environment to represent this.

Keller's office space is shown above on the left of the picture, positioned close to, even situated within the surrounding environment, for her to experience whie she is working. The large objects that hang over the valley, seen in the middle of the picture above represent the huge numbers of people who look up to and admire these two outstanding and powerful women. Their hopes and dreams are held up or supported by these two women, much like the large objects suspended above the valley are also held up.

The image above shows the pathway for Kerr's elevator, coming down from the centre of her office through the vertical shaft of the bridge, then across to within the centre console of the bridge. She then leaves the elevator there and walks down through the tunnel and out onto the centre ridge that is the meeting place for the two women. This journey represents how power can restrict our views of the world, channeling our thoughts and goals. As Kerr progresses towards the meeting place in the centre, she should get a feeling of restriction by the narrow passages through which the elevator moves, reminding her to not let her power and influence go to her head.

The image above is a view from halfway through Keller's elevator ride, with a part of the elevator railing visible in the bottom right corner of the image. Her ride is incredibly open and expansive, completely different to Kerr's elevator ride, and it represents how a gain in power can liberate and free a person, allowing them to do many more things that what they could if they didn't have their power. It also allows her to interact with the surrounding environment, which is quite close to the elevator at some points of the ride, with Keller able to reach out and touch the vegetation as it passes by.

The table is a series of blocks that have been put together to show a certain observation about power that many have made. There are 16 small blocks at the base of the table, supporting four larger blocks on top of them, and finally one large slab as the tabletop. This represents the heirarchy of power, that there are many people at the bottom (the number of blocks) who have a small amount of power each (the small size of each block comparatively), with smaller numbers of larger blocks as you move up towards the tabletop, acting as a metaphorical pyramid of power.
